Duration: 60 minutes (30-minute chamber + 30-minute full-body red light panel)
Advance Notice Required: 24 hours
Pricing: Package-only. Single sessions are not available.

A 60-minute clinical session combining transdermal ozone, carbonic acid, whole-body hyperthermia, PEMF, far infrared, photon light, and a full-body red light panel. Administered one-on-one by Taylor Grey, RN.
Every session includes a clinical-grade zeolite binder pre-dosed before you enter the chamber, a timed dose of methylene blue, and custom alkaline lemon-mineral hydration throughout. Each component is intentional. Nothing in this session is a spa amenity.
Ozone is titrated across sessions. Your first session begins at a conservative dose. Each subsequent session steps the concentration up as your system demonstrates tolerance. This is the standard of care in clinical ozone protocols. That is why we do not sell single sessions.

Before Your Session
Hydration
• Drink at least 16-24 oz of water before your appointment.
• Add a pinch of Baja Gold Sea Salt to your water. This replenishes trace minerals without the contamination risk of other salts. (We do not recommend pink Himalayan salt, as many commercial sources contain elevated heavy metal content.)
Support Your Detox Pathways
Your body detoxifies through several interconnected systems: the liver (phase I and II conjugation), the kidneys, the lymphatic system, the gut, and the skin. HOCATT actively supports all of these simultaneously. Preparing these pathways before your session helps your body move toxins out efficiently rather than recirculating them.
• Liver support: Take TUDCA+ the morning of your session. TUDCA is a bile acid that protects liver cells during periods of increased detox demand and supports bile flow. This matters because the liver is your primary detoxification organ.
• Bowel function: Ensure you have had a bowel movement the day of or the morning before your appointment. Your gut is a primary detox exit route. If it is not moving, toxins have nowhere to go.
• Lemon and mineral salt water: Drink warm water with fresh lemon juice and a pinch of Baja Gold Sea Salt in the morning before your session. Lemon supports bile production and liver function. Mineral salt replenishes electrolytes your body will use during treatment.
Scheduling
• Do not schedule an IV on the same day as your HOCATT session. IV therapy and ozone work through opposing mechanisms. High-dose antioxidants (delivered via IV) counteract the therapeutic oxidative stress that ozone creates. Wait at least 24 hours between the two.
• Eat a light meal 2-3 hours before your session. Do not come fasted or on a full stomach.
Arrive showered. This is your last shower for at least 2 hours after treatment, and ideally longer.
After Your Session
Skin Absorption: Do Not Shower for at Least 2 Hours (Up to 7 Hours)
During your HOCATT session, ozone reacts with lipids on and just beneath your skin surface to form ozonides. These are stable, biologically active compounds that continue to absorb transdermally after the session ends. They deliver ongoing antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial activity for hours after you leave the chamber. Showering removes them. Wait a minimum of 2 hours. Waiting up to 7 hours allows maximum absorption.
Hydrate and Replenish Minerals Immediately
• Drink 16-24 oz of water as soon as your session ends.
• Add Baja Gold Sea Salt to your water. The whole-body hyperthermia in HOCATT produces significant sweating. Minerals are lost in this process, and replenishing them is not optional. Dehydration and mineral depletion are the most common causes of post-session fatigue and headache.
• Coconut water or an electrolyte beverage with no added sugar is also appropriate.
Expected Responses. What to Know.
• Fatigue: Most clients feel sleepy in the 1-3 hours after treatment. This is normal. Your body is processing a significant detox stimulus. Rest when possible. Do not schedule demanding obligations immediately post-session.
• Loose stools or diarrhea: This is one of the most common post-HOCATT responses and is expected, particularly in early sessions. Ozone accelerates motility in the gastrointestinal tract and stimulates the liver to release bile, which moves toxins into the gut for elimination. This is your body actively clearing. Hydrate aggressively. This is exactly why mineral replenishment matters.
• Increased circulation and warmth: The carbonic acid and ozone in the chamber produce pronounced vasodilation. Increased blood flow to the skin and extremities is expected and therapeutic. Some clients notice heightened physical sensitivity and circulation in the hours after treatment. This is a normal physiological response to vasodilation.
• Blue or green urine: If you received methylene blue as part of your session, your urine will appear blue or blue-green for several hours after treatment. This is completely normal and expected. It indicates the methylene blue is clearing through your kidneys. It is not a cause for concern.
Support Your Detox Pathways Post-Session
Your body will continue processing what was mobilized during your session for hours afterward. Support the exit routes.
• Liver support: Take TUDCA+ after your session. TUDCA protects liver cells from the increased bile acid demand that detox creates and supports healthy bile flow. A warm cup of water with fresh lemon juice and a pinch of Baja Gold Sea Salt also supports liver function and stimulates bile production.
• Lymphatic support: Light movement, walking, or gentle stretching after your session supports lymphatic drainage. The lymphatic system has no pump. It moves through muscle contraction. Even a 10-minute walk helps.
• Kidney support: Continued hydration is your primary tool. Your kidneys clear water-soluble toxins and the byproducts of ozone metabolism. Keep drinking.
• Gut support: If diarrhea occurs, prioritize electrolyte replenishment. Once your gut settles, a fiber-rich meal supports continued binding and elimination.
• Elimination support: Take a gentle laxative before bed on the night of your session. Magnesium citrate or magnesium oxide is effective, affordable, and widely available. Not everyone experiences diarrhea after treatment. Those who don’t should still support this pathway. When parasites, heavy metals, and microbial debris are mobilized into circulation, the goal is to move them out before they reabsorb.
• Avoid IV therapy for at least 24 hours. Antioxidants delivered via IV counteract the therapeutic oxidative signaling produced by ozone. Let your body complete its response before introducing high-dose antioxidants.
Avoid alcohol, processed food, and unnecessary medications for the remainder of the day. Your liver is working.
